My agent went above and beyond to make my trip perfect. We were greeted with a room upgrade and a bottle of wine!! I have never had such a wonderful surprise on a trip. Somehow we also got a free breakfast buffet for the entire stay. It saved us quite a bit of money. Nancy was very patient with my plans that seemed to always be changing. She quoted various locations quickly whenever my plans changed. I love traveling and planning but I now know how using an agent can enhance my love for travel and planning. I can't wait to use her services again!!!
