I can’t tell you enough, just how amazing Jan Pepe is! She always is available to help. To answer my questions, and to book my vacations. I’ve worked with her multiple times, and will continue! She is so friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. When working with her, I feel like I am her only client! She responds so quickly, and always asks about my family, which is greatly appreciated. And lastly, she makes the experience personal. She always makes it a point to send my son a fun surprise, as well as me! She thanks me for allowing her to plan my vacation, but it is her that deserves the Thanks! Great planner!!!!!! Kudos Jan!!!!
