In the past, we had worked with a local travel agent for many years. When covid hit, she helped us navigate our refunds, but then retired. We were on the hunt for a new travel agent and tried another agent in the same agency as our first...it was awful. We had heard quite a bit about MEI from Matt Hochberg and decided to give them a try. I filled out the form and we were matched with Jenn Greene. From the very first email I sent her, she has been nothing short of amazing!! She is incredibly responsive and always willing to answer any and all of our questions. We just returned from a President's Day cruise booked by Jenn, and we are getting excited for our next cruise in June, also booked by Jenn. I would recommend to anyone looking for a travel agent to reach out to Jenn Greene at MEI travel. :o)
