With hurricane Dorian affecting our RCI cruise the day before we had to board a plane to Florida, we decided to change our plans to an all inclusive resort in Mexico the same day. Jennifer Kelln amazing, she responded to every call and email instantly. We went from being disappointed by not being able to go on our cruise to thrilled to having a resort and airline reservations booked within a matter of hours due Jennifer's meticulous and insanely fast research skills. Jennifer helped us get on 7:45 AM plane booked for us to head to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico the next day. It does not stop there, even while we were in Mexico enjoying the warm weather and beautiful views, Jennifer was still a big help during our vacation helping us with understanding where to book excursions, converting currency and getting the best deals. Sara has become a friend to my family. She has researched and answered questions that have come up. She has been courteous and prompt in all of our dealings with her. I have recommended her to many of my friends and acquaintances. My husband planned a trip with Sara to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with 12 of our family and friends. Sara worked with him to get the best cabins for our group. They were next to each other and had connecting balconies. The room steward could open all of the doors and we could join each other to talk and watch the stars. My husband died suddenly two months before the cruise, but I decided to go ahead with it in his memory. Sara worked with my daughter and me to rearrange some of the occupants and their cabins. As a result, the memory cruise worked out for everyone and we toasted my husband on the balcony as we were pulling away from Port Canaveral, Florida. When our cruise's itinerary was changed, we found ourselves without a shore excursion option like the one we had originally booked, and we were really disappointed. Grace immediately sent us options from vetted private companies, and we were able to book a shore excursion that we really loved. She saved our day in Progreso for sure!

Also, Grace sweetly booked us a special package to be delivered to our stateroom on the cruise as a surprise. Unfortunately, it wasn't available and Disney emailed us to tell us so -- oops!! So much for the surprise! But we were very touched by the thought and the attempt. Right Quote
