Last year I also booked a Royal Caribbean cruise to Alaska with Heather. I am not cruise savvy, and relied on Heather's experience and knowledge when determining the location and what type of room to book. Beth has been helpful with all our requests for quotes or information. She also was extremely helpful on this particular cruise booking as Royal Caribbean did something to credit/refund something that shouldn't have been or they did incorrectly. After paying the cruise in full in November a week before the cruise RC said we weren't paid in full and owed them $190. Beth worked with us and RC and got things taken care of. I don't know what kind of hassle I would have had to go through if I had to deal with RC directly. As I told her, this is a great example of why having a top notch travel agent is worth it.
