I LOVE working with Jan! She's fun, knowledgeable and you can tell she shares my love of all things Disney!! I would (and have already) recommended her to friends, family & co-workers!! Jan got back to me almost instantaneously and then stayed on top of things including a last minute check to make sure I had everything ready to go. She even treated me to Starbucks on my way down - which is awesome because stopping at that Starbucks is a tradition for me! I love Jan's enthusiasm, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness.
