You can't improve on perfection. Ms. Kelln made this trip the most incredible experience for all 14 of us. She got up a 4 am just to book fast passes for us since I had no idea how to do it. That is way above and beyond what she needed to do. I cannot say enough about how outstanding her services were. The moment I hear someone is considering a trip, I will give them her name and phone.
