Jacki went beyonder what I expected to book us the perfect trip. She even checked with the resort several times the week we were traveling to see if there were any available room upgrades. She was also easily accessible throughout the planning and always responded quickly with answers. I had booked several trips on my own in the recent past but Jacki made planning so easy I don't want to do it on my own anymore!. Will definitely use and recommend jacki again!
