Our vacation planner was truly amazing. She went above and beyond explaining our details, learning about us as a family to provide us with a top notch experience. Sue also contacted us by telephone to raise a discrepancy she found giving us a better option. When we arrived to our destination we found she not only paid for our transfers but gave us credit for our trip. We could not ask for a more passionate planner to ensure our vacation was a memorable one.
