I have planned several Orlando trips with Vicki, and she has handled every scenario I have thrown at her with exceptional service. From WDW/Universal combo trips, to commando style Disney getaways, to a full family vacation, every trip has been made better (and more affordable!) by her attention to the details and delivering on her promises to follow up with new deals and offers. Communication is very important when planning a complicated trip, and she has always responded right away to answer my lists of questions and help me understand everything. I look forward to challenging her again soon with my next trip!
