I have never received such good customer service from another vacation planner than I did with Jan. She excelled far beyond any expectations. She is so helpful and provides so much information without even having to be asked. She is courteous, professional, accurate and very pleasant to deal with. She always responds very quickly. I am fairly well travelled and at this stage generally just make my own arrangements however I was very glad to book my trip through Jan and would do so again.
