Tara Thornton was outstanding! She was on vacation when the Disney packages became available but she still made reservations for our Disney World family trip, making sure that all our wants and needs were met. Now, that is service! Not to mention her thoughtfulness in surprising my grandchildren with beautiful Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse gifts. I highly recommend her.
