Heather was great! We had a bad experience with a travel agent with our last Disney trip, and were hesitant to use an agent again. However, we decided to give a different agent and company a chance. Heather was extremely responsive to all our questions and multiple itinerary changes, was gracious when we used multiple gift cards to pay for about one-third of our trip. We definitely plan to use Heather again for our next Disney trip (which we are already starting to think about), and would happily recommend her to anyone else in need of a travel agent.
