This was our first trip to Universal Studios Orlando and our planner Allison Sheets was amazing :) Because it was our first trip we needed the experience and advice that she provided. With her help we were able to secure an onsite hotel which was exceptionally convenient and afforded us perks that really enhanced the experience. We are a retired military family and she helped us take advantage of special military discounts. I think if we had tried to work this vacation on our own it would have been a vastly inferior experience. And at this point in our lives as our kids grow older, we don't have the time to waste learning what to do right next time.
