Jaimie was amazing from the first time I chatted with her! We typically travel 2-3 times a year and usually stay at the same resort but due to Covid it was closed! Jaimie sent me a few options and we finally decided to check Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge off our bucket list and surprise our kids! She worked swiftly to get an amazing discount for us to make our dream come true! As we pulled into the resort was when my 10yr old daughter realized where we were staying and immediately burst into tears!
