Our trip was magical. Upon arrival Ms Kristen O’Brien had a gift send to our room which just made my daughter’s birthday even more special. Truly appreciate all the emails and phone calls. Also the wonderful package she send before out trip to get us started. Everything was perfect. Thank you again for all the service. So happy with everything i would love to send ms Kristen a thank you card. But i don’t have an address. Again thank you.
