Heather Coursen is a true professional and a joy to work with. She is prompt, courteous and followed-up with my family continuously to make sure we had the best vacation possible. As this was our FIRST trip to Disneyland after visiting Walt Disney World 2-3 times every year, I can say that we had the perfect vacation which was due Heather's information, recommendations and above and beyond service.
