She surprised my son with a Disney Character book before our trip and he was so excited and it let him see all of the characters before we arrived since he didn’t know all of them. That was a very nice extra touch and meant a lot for her to go out of her way to make our experience special. Valerie was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helpful in planing our trip. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely use her again.
