Jacki always goes above and beyond what I expect. She offers a variety of options, always knowledgeable and if she is not sure of an answer she will find it. Every detail is always covered. Because we book our trips ahead of time we often have changes. Jacki takes care of my seemingly many requests never with any hesitation or malcontent. I refer everyone I know to Jacki.
