After having the privilege of working with Kelli Trent, I have dealt exclusively with her for six years (and counting). As long as she is in the business I will not use any other travel planner. Kelli is very responsive to my repeated inquiries and is always upbeat and helpful. She offers good suggestions that have made my trips more enjoyable, and if she is uncertain of something she does research and gets new info promptly. For an annual trip Kelli has been irreplaceable for coordinating schedules from two different locations to the same destination and offering insight into the hotels and sights we might see. Working with Kelli at MEI is how travel should be: I contact a professional and tell them what I want, and in no time we have great options at good prices. The hardest part of my trip is deciding where and when I want to go - after that she makes it easy. Kudos!
