Nancy is awesome. I appreciate her efforts and patience with me more than you know. I usually start planning my next trip the week after I return from my current trip, and I immediately start with the questions about the next resort and available plans. She is always quick to reply, even when I tell her there is no hurry. In addition to always looking for and finding discounts, Nancy always sends us gift cards and cool MEI promo items. I love the books, apps, and most recently, a battery charger. Now, that came in handy.
