Kathy has been so helpful! She answered every crazy question I had and made sure we knew all of the options for our trip. When a special was released, she was emailing us that day to let us know how we could benefit. I love to plan, so we worked together to make this an amazing trip for our family. When I emailed her every day the week before our trip with little questions, she emailed me back right away. Thank you, Kathy! When a sale was released by Disney, Kathy upgraded our room at Port Orleans Riverside immediately! She then let us know that for an additional $500 we would be able to upgrade to Animal Kingdom Lodge - the resort we had dreamed of trying! She requested a bunk bed room for us - our only request. When we arrived at AKL, we were given a bunk bed room overlooking the Savanna! This was the second trip that Kathy helped us book. The first was with my entire family - 11 people in 4 rooms. This time, it was just our family of 4 - with 2 teenagers! She was professional and understood our needs in both situations. Can't wait to work with her on our next trip!
