Jacki was exceptional! She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable when planning our vacation for my birthday. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Despite the Florida rain, we had a great time. Everything ran so smoothly, from checking in at Universal to our last goodbyes to Walt Disney World. I've never had a vacation go so well and be so magical!
