Ginny notified me immediately on hearing of discounts that affected the timeframe of my trip. She was quick to offer help - even during my trip when I experienced some travel issues that could have impacted a reservation and offered suggestions to avoid the problem. Ginny has been prompt and helpful at every turn! I don't know how I would plan a Disney trip without her now.
