We've never utilized a vacation planner before but found Valerie to be a much larger resource and asset than expected. I communicate via email, hate the phone, and she always responded within a couple of hours - EVEN AFTER HOURS & WEEKENDS. You can't buy that effort. I had many questions and she accurately answered every one of them. She even made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of prior to going but found very useful. Personally, I would NEVER undertake this type of vacation without her ever. I'm telling everyone I know to email or call her and I will utilize her services again in the future, especially should we fly. I normally use Orbitz to book air but will make the switch in the future. It's much simpler to contact her than Orbitz with a question or issue. We had an issue and found it difficult to resolve through Orbitz but when I emailed Valerie she explained what needed to be done and more impor tantly HOW TO get the desired result. Dedication, experience, and KNOWLEDGE, are a rare combination and Valerie Painter possesses all three 24/7/365.
