John was amazing. He was knowledgable and extremely thorough. He got me the best deal possible and was even able to find me affordable flights! We had one minor error with our documentation when it was sent, my friend was listed as a Mr rather than a Ms, which could be potentially problematic at the airlines. I contacted him and heard back almost immediately with a solution, he had personally called the airlines to inform them of the error and fixed the issue fast! Very professional and friendly.
