Jan Pepe is one special mouse agent! On our last visit, she helped us secure breakfast with Cindy in the Castle and a fantastic boat trip with Patch the pirate. She also helped me arrange a very last minute surprise visit to Universal's Harry Potter World. She has given us accurate advice about construction and refurbishment and great tips for saving money and time. We love Jan and Mouse Fan Travel! Jan Pepe has helped us plan our last two Disney holidays. On both occasions, she has found us great accommodations in our price range, arranged the most cost effective park tickets, helped us book awesome character meals and outside park experiences. We have recommended her services to several friends and will continue to do so. Jan always sends a special thank you package before our trip and my kids might actually think she is a character at Disney World because of her great advice and planning skills. She is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all things Mouse. We are lucky to have found her and will use her services again.
