Donna did EVERYTHING above my expectation and will continue to use her for my travel needs! She is professional and although I haven't personally met her ( hope to someday) I consider her a friend! The day before I left I tried to check in to my flight and one of our boarding passes couldn't be printed so I started to panic a little and emailed Donna to see if she had any suggestions as to why? She not only explained that it could be random but she contacted the tour company my trip was with to see if they saw anything else on the registration end of it...at 10:30 pm! Donna is top notch and I know all the fine details are in check when I book with her! A+
