I've used MEI (Jan Pepe specifically) for years in booking my numerous Disney trips. I've always received prompt and courteous service and have recommended Jan to MANY co-workers. The co-workers are equally pleased. I have no suggestions for improvement as Jan handles everything I need for every trip! Jan Pepe ALWAYS goes above and beyond when making my Disney arrangements. If there is a resort that is full or a package that is not available, she continually checks to see if other options come open. In this particular trip, a room came open at the last minute where we wanted to stay at a reasonable rate, and Jan was able to get it for me. I would NEVER plan a Disney trip without using Jan.
