Jan was super helpful!! We got exactly the package we wanted, the best deal available, and all my random questions answered! :) Jan is so quick to answer questions and provide extra tips that really fit our specific needs! There were several questions I had across the months, weeks, and even days leading up to our trip that were not "ordinary" questions, but she researched them for me and gave me answers very quickly! That's why I always use Jan--she provides great service and deals, but even more, she does lots of extra work to make sure I have the information I need!
