She not only had comprehensive knowledge pertaining to our destination and its available packages, but she managed to score us deals/upgrades that were very impressive AND she was always available whenever I contacted her AND perpetually delivered top-notch service. I would NEVER use anyone else, as a result, to book my future vacations/trips. Finally, it was extremely impressive that she sent us the cards, gifts, and other fine touches...it was remarkable customer service that went above and beyond all of my expectations.
