Christine was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and I was touched by the extras she added - hand made luggage tags and balloons and treats sent to the room for my grandchildren. (2 of them had birthdays we were celebrating)
She was very responsive to the many questions I asked and gave really good suggestions.
