Our trip was amazing and perfect! Kristin went above and beyond any expectations we had. This is the first time using a travel agent but will never book a vacation without Kristin's help again. Kristin thought of every detail. Kristin's attention to detail is what makes our trip magical! Kristin O'Brien made our trip to Punta Cana wonderful! The resort was amazing, I would highly recommend Breathless Resort & Spa. The travel arrangements to / from the airport was a detail I would not have thought of but was wonderful. Kristin thought of every detail. The package received prior to leaving gave us information needed along with our itinerary. The bonus was the little travel size essentials in the packet provided by Kristin. The packet went right into my carry on which made the important information right at my fingertips when needed. The travel size Aloe came in handy when I had a little too much fun in the sun. Every detail was perfect! Knowing I could reach out to Kristin at any time during our international trip was reassuring. The thank you card we received when we got home shows how much Kristin cares for her clients. We had an amazing vacation with every detail taken care of for us. I will be telling everyone how wonderful Kristin O'Brien is and highly recommend using her for all of their travel needs!
