Jan has always risen to the challenge. This was our 4th vacation using her and 5 total through MEI. We are always pleased with the patience and professionalism in handling our specific requests. Jan always goes the extra mile and surprises us with something extra that is simple but meaningful to our trip. With our busy schedules, there is no way we could do it without MEI. Thanks a million! Jan has always gone the extra mile. There is always something extra in the planning packet or at our room from her personally that makes our trip more magical. It makes us feel like we are getting personalized service and that she genuinely cares about our vacation experience.
