Jan was absolutely helpful and wonderful. Disney is overwhelming, and her assistance helped make planning everything easier. Great advice and recommendations too! Jan Pepe was so helpful! We were referred by two friends, both who had used her services on separate occasions. I was the main planner for my family of three plus my brother's family of five. So, Jan's hotel descriptions/recommendations, dinner reservation made, Fast Pass recommendations -- and general tips and hints, all made my life so much easier!
